User Reviews

Users praise Hours Tracker for its ease of use, ability to manage many jobs or clients, and features that help ensure accurate pay. The app is seen as reliable and long-standing, with useful notes, tagging, and a centralized view of client work. Common negatives focus on the free tier’s ads, export limitations (no easy PDF and few format options), pricing concerns, occasional sign-in/migration problems between platforms, and a missing undo feature. Overall, a strong choice for freelancers and contractors who juggle multiple projects, with caveats around cost and data export.

  • Subscription price can be expensive.
  • Occasional sign-in/account migration issues (e.g., Android to iPhone).
  • Lacks an undo feature to recover deleted entries.

WTF is happening with your app?! I pay monthly, and now, unless I subscribe to your service with a yearly subscription; I can no longer enter any information into this app This is NOT okay!!! To make a bad situation worse, my phone freaks out when I attempt to contact for app support. Seems the link it tries to open isn’t secure, so I shot it through DuckDuckGo and got the same alarming warning! So, this is fantastic, I’m self employed and so far half my day has been logged in since first this this morning and it won’t let me clock out before locking up my screen with your scammy add to make me pay more. It is insisting that the free version is limited, which I am aware of as I subscribed last winter to continue to use your app that is absolute trash with what it’s doing today FIX IT!
