Recent reviews

The app is ok when it works, but periodically and most recently after the last update, it just doesn’t work anymore. Last week, I wanted to buy a monthly ticket, but suddenly I could only buy the weekly one. So I did, because I had to take the train, but after the purchase the app just crashed. I tried reinstalling, but to no avail. And of course, once you purchased a weekly ticket you cannot ask service support to fix the issue and buy the monthly one: after waiting for about 30 minutes at the phone, the obvious answer: we can’t do anything about it. Good job! UPDATE: I went to the info desk and was told to reset the email. It was a pain and even after doing that, the issue remains. I was also contacted by the developer and told the issue had been fixed, but guess what? Nope! Not working!
