User Reviews
Pros
- Easy to use and quick to set up
- Versatile for tracking inventories, collections and simple databases
- Cross-device syncing between Mac and iOS
- Data stored locally on the device / offline backups (not forced to iCloud)
- Stable performance and positive feedback on support
Cons
- Dropbox-based backups and syncing are required and frequently broken by updates (e.g., Dropbox updates breaking linking)
- Frequent crashes/instability (crashes when adding new records, exits to home screen, or cannot open database)
- Data export/import problems and data corruption; exports to Excel/Numbers unreliable
- Subscription after initial purchase / price increase / pricing model concerns
- Limited or inconsistent support and accessibility (some reports of no support or difficulty finding the app, AI chat)

I found no way to view app without buying for $60. No sample db. No image of screens. No discussion of flat file or relational. No limited use.

Dropbox tools have not worked at all for sometime now even with the recent update, and now they are forcing a Subscription to use it. This app is getting deleted and leaving an opportunity for a new player to take its place.

This used to be a pretty decent app, I used it to back up a database I made in the numbers and Excel, for my vehicles just because it was designed for that. I hadn’t used it in a while and opened it today and now they want me to purchase it to even use anything that I’ve been using for years. Not limit some features, totally purchase it to do anything. I would say don’t buy it. I’m going to delete it off of my iPad, iPhone and I’ll continue to use Numbers or Excel. I can make my own data databases anyway.
