Great app but three stars because we are still missing proposed regs, please add!

Currently in tax school. The idea of the app is great. Having the regs and tax code at your finger tips. But the highlighting feature is so awful. Every time I attempt to highlight a portion of the code, it's a hit or miss and either it will allow me to highlight or it won't. The app needs to fix this feature
