Listings/data quality and map inconsistencies (listings not withdrawn when unavailable; differing results between app and website).
Some users report design/UX issues and unstable behavior (UI changes, map/count bugs).

Recent reviews

This app is missing two main features one it should offer a search by square footage, and it also fails to work consistently when you are projecting it from your phone onto a TV using Apple TV. No such issues with competing apps.

Please improve the school view to separate primary from secondary schools/ distance. This is probably the #1 criteria for young families and it badly designed and could be better
