Waze user here that has 10yrs under the belt, right now this app is at a 1. Things ive noticed: if a route is going to take me through a heavy traffic area PLEASE update the route time to include. Not just update it as im sitting there as i see drive time routes update. This has made my commute so much longer in so many ways and routes me in areas which now i know through following yalls suggestions are heavy areas. Another thing, if i have a route that is normally utilized why cant yall use AI in that function as it real time makes and takes into consideration peoples routes. Id pay to be included in dedicated rout agents sub. For now im out - ill switch back to apple maps and google maps because its bad.
