They have saved us lot of $$ by improving efficiency in billing. You will be able bill accurately with right diagnosis. Searches pt info and diagnosis well. Excellent tool to give weekend sign out . Typically private groups loose money by trusting a secretary to enter the billing and because of medical knowledge sometimes either they don’t enter the charges or using incorrect codes or Dx. Everytime I try to discharge a patient the program crashes. Followed the support links on iTunes and there was no clear way to report bugs on the DocTalk website. After three years of no updates it is disappointing that the first update fixes none of horrible work flow for billing patients and introduces fresh bugs that make this poor product even more difficult to use.
