Do NOT download this app! It has been charging me $6.99 every 6 days and not giving me an option to cancel subscription on app! Tried writing to their representatives and they just ignore you after initial email!!!! BE AWARE!!!!

The information contained in this app cannot legally have a paywall. Although, they can charge you for app specific mechanisms like app notifications. The only issue with this is that the app is not accurate or up to date, making those features pointless and unreliable. There are likely several offenders whose addresses are not correct. I recommend the website Offender Watch.
