User Reviews

WBJ’s app is valued for high-quality DMV business reporting and serves as a reliable source for daily updates and full article access. Several reviewers praise the content and, when it works, the layout. However, recurring issues affect the experience: a clunky, hard-to-read UI; subscription and login problems that don’t consistently recognize paid status or allow cross-device access; and occasional content glitches. While some users are satisfied, reliability and seamless cross-device reading remain widespread concerns. Improvements to accessibility, authentication, and stability are needed.
Pros
  • High-quality DMV business reporting/content.
  • Daily updates and full article access.
  • Positive sentiment on content and layout when the app is functioning.
Cons
  • Clunky UI and readability issues on the app, making it hard to read.
  • Subscription/login and cross-device access problems; paid status not recognized and access blocked across devices.

I read the WBJ each and every week. It is the source for business information in the DMV.

You have to adjust the size of text in every story vs at the app level or using iOS settings. Very cumbersome experience. Also anytime a story referee to “the gallery below for details…” there is no gallery at all. So the meat of the story is missing. Poor experience especially for paid subscribers.
