Had them for years for business and all of a sudden since they started using ai, they decided to suspend my account for no reason. I barely text from it, I have only used it to call a handful of times. It is all incoming from clients booking appointments. I only use it so that clients don’t have my personal number. There is no customer service and no solution. This is costing me thousands because of this.
