Similar issues. I still had to contact customer service. They had to edit the price. Something with the price —Every time!! So buyer beware. In my first review, I wrote, “$13.50 for my book, 250 free prints, total $50! Never again will I spend that much time figuring out a book on this site!!! I am permanently deleting this app. 2 years later... Again same thing, books were only $10 half price and free shipping with current sale. Good deal but with the shipping for “free pics” for 4 books I will pay $75!! Did I say never again? How soon I forget! So this time, after finally getting the discount to show up while working with online chat, it showed up and check out. But! Not when I put the credit card in. The price jumped! Every time. I shut down the phone, closed the computer, waited an hour and the glitch was finally resolved. Tell me this isn’t on purpose. Ha! I upped it to two stars only because I tried Snapfish - they were worse!
