BrainWave: Altered States is a universal binaural meditation app featuring 22 brainwave programs, including Zen Meditation, Mindfulness, Theta Meditation, and Lucid Dreaming. You can pair these programs with ambient backgrounds, your own iTunes playlist (with the built-in iTunes playlist creator), or audio from apps like Spotify to tailor your session for mindfulness, focus, sleep, or dream states.

Progressive Brainwave Entrainment uses layered frequencies and carrier signals in precise sequences to gently guide your brain toward your target state. Key features include independently adjustable ambient volume, a visual timer countdown, automatic storage of preferred programs, and the ability to set custom durations.
