VIP Access often works for its core OTP function, with copy-to-clipboard and some cross-device transfer support. However, reviews repeatedly cite a very bright UI with no dark mode, a poor and clunky UX, unreliable push popups, flaky Apple Watch support, and brittle device-transfer workflows (including pre-transfer code requirements and version fragmentation between iPad/iPhone). Some users also criticize its proprietary security approach and desire open standards.

Pros
