Das einzige was schlechte ist die überteuerte Preise. Das ganze Service ist für mich wie Disneyland eine unvorstellbare unübersichtliche Ablenkung. Wieso gelingt anderen eine schlicht einfache Menü aufzubauen? Für mich als einfacher User sind die folgenden Menüs wichtig: Rechnung, Reklamation eventuell ein Hotline Nummer die in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar ist! Vergangene Daten und Minuten, sind nicht übertragbar? Wieso? Loyalität Bonus? Familien Bonus ? Schulen ? Etc... Wäre es möglich dass die Lehrer, die mit Mobiltelefon arbeiten etwas zugeschnittenes Paket bekommen.
