Just downloaded it and it charged me $36 out of nowhere

Unable to filter out pending listings.

It lists the same homes as every other app. If the commute feature worked that would be great, but I constantly get notifications for homes outside of my search area. There also needs to be a way to get rid of duplex/condex homes that are listed as single family. Also, the no HOA option is a must for me. Update 6/13/26, I did find the no HOA option so that is great, unfortunately the saved searches keep deleting the commute time or just keep deleting the search altogether. I’ve saved it 4 times today and finally deleted the app. I’ll check again after an update.
