If your iPhone is in “Lockdown mode” images are not loading, supports isn’t loading, chat barely work, tracking issues… do you guys even have QA ?

I’ve been an Amazon customer for years, but two recent changes are incredibly annoying. First, Amazon’s purchase and order emails have become almost useless. I get an email confirming an order, shipment, or delivery, but it often contains little or no useful information about what I actually purchased. Why should I have to open the Amazon app, find my orders, and hunt down the purchase just to figure out what an email is referring to? Put the product name, basic description, price, and order details back in the email. An order email should tell me what the order is. Second, every time I proceed to checkout in the Amazon app, I’m forced to go through the grocery-list screen. I’m not shopping for groceries. I don’t want to review a grocery list every time I buy something. It’s an unnecessary extra step that makes checkout more irritating rather than easier. Amazon used to excel at making online shopping simple and convenient. These changes do exactly the opposite. Give customers useful order emails and let us go directly to checkout without repeatedly pushing the grocery list.
