Users overseas value Ö3 for staying connected to home and enjoying news and good sound, but stability issues after updates (crashes, launch failures) and the removal of the track list feature hurt usability. Playback reliability also suffers, with streams stopping after a while. Addressing stability, preserving track-visibility, and ensuring smooth streaming would address the top concerns.

Cons

Frequent crashes and the app won't open after updates.
Loss of the upcoming/just-played songs view makes navigation cumbersome.

On the old version, could see which songs were played before and which would be coming up. No longer possible. Also when you stop listening and go back within a day, it takes you back to the last time you used it. Going back to listen to a particular segment (eg on Sternstunden) is cumbersome and does not always work. Also annoyingly hooks up to my fitness device and drains its battery even when the app is not running

Es war so gut, bislang die Applikation arbeitete. Ich hoffe sehr, dass Ihr sie wieder in Ordnung machen werdet! Liebe Grüße. P.S. Ich nutze iPhone 8 Plus mit die letzte iOS Version (13.4 oder so)
