Is bad and not good

Our flight was delayed and we arrived 2 hours late at the car rental center at San Diego International Airport. When we arrived at 1:00AM the Sixt office was closed. The other car rental agencies were open and we were forced to rent a car from another agency. When we tried to contact Sixt to get a refund, they were extremely unhelpful and refused to refund the money we prepaid. My advice to others is not to book with Sixt if you have a flight arriving in San Diego in the evening. If you fly into other airports be careful to check Sixt operating hours. Clearly, Sixt is not like other car rental agencies at airports that operate 24/7
