Went to the rental location, but they ran out of cars (Sixt did not honor the rental despite having a valid booking). Tried to cancel the booking: not possible, they offer you to chat with an AI agent. Tried to cancel: not possible because the rental is ongoing according to the app. Tried to chat with the AI agent: it asks you for your booking number (which is only available in the app). So you need to exit the chat to go and copy and paste it. It is such a frustrating experience. Does anyone ever test this stuff?!
