User Reviews

Users value WebMD for medication reminders and quick drug/medical information, using it as a regular health reference. Repeated issues center on app instability, data persistence problems with profiles and saved meds, and privacy/security concerns, which undermine trust and reliability.
Pros
  • Medication reminders and tracking help me stay on schedule.
  • Quick, concise information about drugs and medical topics with easy-to-understand explanations.
  • Longstanding, go-to source for checking symptoms and health information.
Cons
  • App instability: frequent crashes and not opening, including crashes when tapping medication reminders.
  • Profile/data saving issues: saved dosage information disappearing and inability to save/update profile fields (e.g., sex).
  • Privacy and security concerns: security breach alerts and password/account update problems.

I am deleting it for the last time!! by the way, my kids never died, even though it told me multiple times that they were
