The iOS version is praised for being easy to use and good at showing schedules, sometimes preferred over the desktop site. Recurrent issues include calendar event duplication, the paid app model with fewer mobile features, limited message search/history, reliability problems after updates, and widget removal or restrictions. If you charge for an app i expect updates that matter. Please fix the calendar integration. For the last 3 months it has been duplicating my schedule in the calendar app

App is easy to use but I have it synched to my google calendar because that’s where I track everything in life and I swear it sends a new calendar entry every time the schedule is updated for anyone so I end up with 6 calendar entries for the same shift. Really annoying it would be awesome if they could fix this bug.
