Response from Deezer, verbatim: “Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.” How about instead of a garbage, clearly AI response from an allegedly anti-AI company y’all try actually addressing my concerns. Fùčķ ŷœű, ćűņťš. Even with a paid plan my playlists were obviously my just suggestions, I was frequently interrupted by extreme outlier music which I can only assume they’re paid to push. They also try to guilt trip you out of cancellation and REQUIRE a reason before you can cancel a subscription or delete an account - so they hold your card info hostage for data. They also try to seem very anti-AI but rely entirely on a (strikingly bad) chatbbot for tech support. I would give zero stars if I could.
