Bloomberg Digital charged me $399 instead of the $149 I agreed to — no warning, no consent. Apple’s investigation didn’t get my money back. Over an hour on the phone with Bloomberg support led to nothing but delays and a flat refund denial. I checked the BBB and found many other customers reporting the same unexpected renewal charges and refund fights — this isn’t a one-off. Bloomberg L.P., founded by and still majority-owned by Michael Bloomberg, should be fixing this instead of making customers battle for money they never authorized. I’m still demanding my $399 back. If you’re considering this subscription, check the BBB complaints first. I would not recommend it.
