Welcome to the FIRST and ONLY Exercise app that combines Education, Assessment, and Great Workouts! I'm Dr. Steve Horney PT, DPT, CSCS an NYU Exercise Science Professor in the world renowned Physical Therapy Department. Thanks for checking out my FiRE App :) The FiRE app will take you through a Physical Assessment and then tailor Corrective Exercises to you that are built right into your Workout. Each time you open the app you will get 60 seconds of Education directly from me, and then we will ask you how much time you want to spend with us. That's it - we will do the rest! We strive for a "Goldilocks" Workout where it's not too easy and not too hard - just right. You have control over every exercise where you can pick either a harder or easier version and if you just let it ride we will slowly and gradually increase the intensity I really hope you enjoy the app, it's my life's work. I see every single comment so if there is something you think it needs or you would prefer, just let me know after the workouts.
