The KhelNet App will help users to participate in tournaments happening nearby through a very easy click registration. And it allows coaches to manage and execute the whole tournament on the coach dashboard.

Participation- A participant can access the application to look for tournaments happening nearby and can participate using the app. Easy participation with online payment can be done and after the payment, the participant will receive an email confirmation with a sign in code. The app also allows participants to withdraw within a time frame. Users can keep a record of all tournaments played and track progress.

Organizing Tournament- The app gives the ability to organize and manage a tournament. The coach can create tournaments using the app and can list it in his/her KhelNet network. And can also share on other platforms. Tournaments can be created by giving basic information and the process is easy. The app gives the coach the ability to manage anything and everything about the tournament on the dashboard. Features of Dashboard- • Total Views( number of people who saw the tournament), • Total Entries/Import Participants(number of people who participated with their complete information, also an option to import a list of participants.) • Wallet (Total fee collected with expected revenue) • Fee Collection- (Will be able to manage entry fee details-payment done/pending) • Communication (the coach can communicate anything with all the participants at the same time) • Draws and assign matches( the dashboard will make tournament draw and assign matches automatically, both knockout and league) • Expense Management- (The coach can manage all expenses incurred in the tournament and also set payment reminders) The dashboard will act as an end-to-end tournament management and execution tool.
