You cannot even report bugs for the game because the developers website say the reporting unavailable. I downloaded this game only to not be able to play it. Nor did I get a game experience.

This game is pretty much reduced to atoms, the game won’t start even though I have internet

The game doesn't work anymore. This was an incredible game. I had recently gotten a bunch of giftcards and calculated the amount of money I'd have to spend in order to get to a certain VIP level, only to find out that the purchases weren't working. I contacted support and they said the game is being taken down...? I'm so confused, I loved this game. Now I can't even get past the loading screen when you open the app. What is going on?
