The purpose of this app is to support clinical study enrollment and support device setup. Applied Admin is intended solely for the purposes of clinical research only and any information collected by this application is protected health information covered by HIPAA. The use of this app requires prior consent and approval to participate in clinical studies authorized for use by Applied Cognition, Inc ONLY.
