Solar Cameras don’t charge in full sun, in the summer, in TN!!! They always show needing a firmware update and STILL don’t work. I do NOT recommend this service or the equipment

Alarm is very basic and often goes out. You get what you pay for. It arms and beeps but im always if someone really breaks in will it work well. We often receive alerts that say supervision failed on certain sensors, and our backdoor sensor seems to have stopped working in less than a year. My advice is to just invest in a bit more to ensure your home is safe and secure.

Cameras don’t work. One of them keeps disabling itself. We disabled 1/3 of our windows sensors after they kept disconnecting repeatedly from the system. Over and over again. App never works. It never loads. Camera feeds never load. The app is always crashing or telling me the system is armed/disarmed when it’s not. Hours after we disarm it, the app will still say system is armed when it’s not. One morning my husband accidentally opened the garage door and set off the alarm. The app continued to say DISARMED for several minutes, eventually making us run through the house to disarm it. This app does not work well on iOS. We’ve had this system since last summer. Nothing has improved for us.
