Very bad quality at most worth 75$

My friends and I have purchased many purses. I recently had a pendant fall off of a bag that I have barely worn. Their only option was to pay full price for a replacement. Disappointed in their customer service for as much as we pay for these “high end bags”.

I’ve been looking at Vintage Boho Bags for 2 years, and finally bought my first one!! They are beautiful online but in person they are perfection! Thank you for such a great bag😊❤️
