I’ve been using the app for at least a couple of years now and have recommended it to a lot of friends. I’ve also carried an annual subscription, last renewed in January. However I just got a new phone and am unable to sign in with errors saying my account doesn’t exist. I also reached to app support a week ago and have never heard back. The app is great - when you can access it, but my experience with support has been terrible. UPDATE: I then got an email with instructions to contact them & that they’d look for it. I sent the email and haven’t gotten a response more than 2 weeks later.

Bro, it's literally too much fun and you're free on the app, you can like it or wrong and talk about whatever you want, if you can learn the language that way only if you put effort into it
