PCTS Chrome extension provides access to the Pregnancy, Child Tracking & Health Services Management System used by the Government of Rajasthan. It digitizes frontline health data to support ANMs and frontline health workers, enabling real-time tracking of pregnant women and better planning across government health facilities.

Key capabilities include online tracking, case-specific monitoring to reduce maternal mortality, vaccination surveillance, alerts for immunization dropouts, and analytics reports for individuals and facilities.
