InfraCo ISR

This mobile application is used to report Infrastructure Service Requests (ISR) for all Telstra Group Network Sites. Telstra employees can sign in using their Telstra ID, Telstra Contractors who do not have a Telstra ID and external users can reach out to their Sponsors in order to get an account created.

The Now Mobile app enable users to submit issues, requests, manage tasks and access company resources from anywhere. A user can use the Now Mobile app to do these tasks: • Create and submit an issue of a facility asset • Track the status of requests and issues • Collaborate with our case managers. • Receive notifications and alerts on important updates and changes • Upload images and attachments to your requests.
