Downloaded this app due to my agent advertising that I could request policy changes through the app. However, after searching through the app I was unable to find that feature. I needed to add an interested party to one of my policies and still had to email my agent, which defeats one of the main reasons I downloaded this app. The app is useful for viewing policy information and printing ID cards, but it feels like it lacks some of the functionality advertised by my agent. I’d love to see the ability to submit and track policy change requests directly from the app. Another helpful addition would be an agent directory with customer ratings so users can find another HighStreet agent if they wanted to stay with the company but switch agents. The next step after adding the agent directory is if the user could request an agent change directly from the portal.
