Download the app and use the One-Time Passcode sent in your registration email to enter your fundraiser experience! During your event or campaign, it's a good move to use the app so you can easily: • Track your progress towards fundraising and activity goals • Climb the fundraising and activity leaderboards as an individual or for your team • Earn prizes and incentives when offered by the organization you're fundraising for based on fundraising and activity achievements! • Share your fundraising page to gain supporters and donations using your favorite communication tools on your phone (i.e., text, iMessage, Email, social media platforms) • Log activities and earn points towards your event leaderboards by connecting your favorite trackers: Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, Strava, MapMyRun, checking into gyms, or manually tracking from 60+ customized tiles (*available activities determined by your event coordinator)

Helps track and raise funds for a fundraiser, keeping fundraising goals visible.
Seeing others' progress can motivate continued participation.
Donor management is streamlined: when thanking donors, the app uses recipients' email addresses to generate messages in Gmail.
Easy to share Day of Giving fundraisers and promote campaigns.

Cons

Frequent login issues due to unreliable one-time passcodes and OTP delivery failures.
Keyboard covers or blocks login submit button, preventing login in multiple sessions.
Automatic logout after navigating away or closing the app, forcing re-login and reconnecting integrations.
No in-app support or easy way to report issues, and no option to delete/edit entries.
Fundraising data/totals are displayed inaccurately or appear inconsistent.

Just bad!

Every time you go to log in (even if just 5 min later) you have to get a code sent to your email. The totals on the main page are wrong and now they put an age restriction on it, and because I opted to not share it, I got locked out and I can’t change the setting. I don’t know why any organization would choose to use this app for their fundraising.
