Very carefull from this D360 bank.I sent 5k riyal 29th of april.until now i did not receive money to bangladesh than i asked for cancel transaction they are replying me they will update me as soon as possible.I think they will not refund money.if i ask them where is my money they are just telling me transfer is completed?My question is if transfer is complted where is the money?How people will trust them?I think i need to go court.

Transferred my money a week ago and it’s stuck in their system. I contacted customer service 5 times and by the third time they started ignoring me. Do not open a bank account for international transfers, it’s a headache.
