Ridobiko - Scooter/Bike Rental

I am absolutely furious with this bike rental company! It's clear that they have absolutely no standards when it comes to customer safety. When I arrived to pick up my rental, they handed me a bike with smoke billowing out of the engine! Can you believe that? And to make matters worse, they threatened to charge me for a full day's rent if I refused to accept it. I paid for full tank of gas before leaving the premises. But the nightmare didn't end there. Their app provided completely inaccurate pickup information, leading me on a wild goose chase. And when I tried calling their number for assistance, guess what? No one ever bothered to pick up! This company's utter disregard for customer safety, false information, and abysmal customer service are absolutely inexcusable. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Steer clear of this disaster of a rental company at all costs!
