I ordered a bee card, paid cash, purchase failed and they returned the money as beepay instead of cash. Asked the support if they fix it, they said yes, yet it failed again. Asked to remove it since they don’t work, they said yes and it’s still there. Lack of credibility. Been their customer for years…probably no more
