Movn CR

Movn CR partners with your health care provider to provide outpatient cardiac rehabilitation, education, and support in the comfort of your own home.

Movn CR helps you increase physical fitness, monitor cardiac symptoms, and better communicate with your heath care provider to improve health and reduce the risk of future heart problems, including heart attacks.

After speaking with your health care provider about Movn CR, you'll receive an invitation to participate. After receiving your invitation, getting started with Movn CR is simple, involves only a few quick steps:

1. Download and install Movn CR from the App Store
2. Enter the email address where you received the invitation
3. Enter your authorization code

From that point forward, you can see the goals for your customized exercise plan, log your activity for your physician visits, learn more about your condition, communicate directly with your health care provider, and more!

This app integrates with Apple HealthKit to provide seamless recording for steps, blood pressure, and weight readings. It also integrates with other activity trackers, such as those from Fitbit and Garmin.
