The new app no longer allows users to make payments like the previous version did. It’s not user-friendly, and having to call in and manually enter my payment information is inconvenient and frustrating. I expect to be able to make payments directly through the app, just like with most other apps. This change has been a major step backward, and I’m very disappointed.

It works better than the old app my bank used, but curious omissions of account balance and a way to make payments. So the customer still needs the website in addition to the app in order simply to pay the monthly bill.
