MTB Fit - by MTB Fitness brings decades of MTB training experience to a convenient app. Since 2015, thousands of mountain bikers have used MTB Fitness programmes to get fitter, faster, and stronger on the bike, under the guidance of Matt Mooney.

Key features include two-week MTB-specific programmes with in-app demo videos and quick-look exercise screenshots, two difficulty levels, flexible training at home or in the gym, ongoing plans that let you restart after breaks, an exclusive global community for accountability, direct access to Matt, and wide device integration (Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, in-phone calendars, MyFitnessPal, Withings). I’ve been waiting to write. review until I got a few rides under my belt… been using the app for workouts through the winter (3 months or so)- and 4 rides into the season I can really feel a difference in strength and endurance. Thanks Matt! Awesome program!

So I downloaded this and opened it and there is no button for signing up. It looks great but I would expect better from something on the Apple Store
