LLB Banking

The LLB Banking app combines all banking functionalities in a single app.

Approvals from online banking are sent to your mobile device for confirmation via push notification. We recommend comparing the data displayed on your mobile device with the login or transaction data from online banking.

In order for the encrypted data to be displayed from the push notification, the LLB Banking app prompts you to confirm your personal device PIN (or your biometric protection if activated).

Besides approval functionalities, the LLB Banking app also offers a wide range of functions for your daily banking. The most important functions at a glance:

• Quick login using biometrics
• Clear overview of your assets
• Detailed asset analysis
• Scan and pay: quickly scan QR payment slips and IBAN numbers
• Easily enter payments via payment assistant
• Custom push notifications with specific content, such as for payments, credit entries, charges and more
• Buy and sell securities and issue foreign exchange orders
• Securely communicate with your client adviser
• Overview and management of your cards (not available for LLB Austria clients)
• eBill inbox (not available for LLB Austria clients)
• Account / custody account self-service for opening new accounts or custody accounts and changing designations (not available for LLB Austria clients)
• Conclusion of the LLB Fund Savings Plan (not available for LLB Austria clients)

Requirements for using the LLB Banking app:

• Active e-banking agreement
• Your mobile device must be protected with a device PIN to use the LLB Banking app

Security information:

The LLB Banking app is as just secure as the LLB online banking. Please contribute to security by complying with the following security recommendations:

• Activate the “automatic lock” on your mobile device.
• Wi-Fi or Bluetooth should be activated only when needed. Public Wi-Fi networks should be avoided.
• Never leave your mobile device unattended.
• Use a secure password and keep it secret.
• Always log in to the LLB Banking app only with your personal credentials and never use a third-party app.
• Never carelessly reveal your security details. LLB will never e-mail its clients or otherwise contact them to request them to reveal their security details.
• Use the latest version of the operating system and the LLB Banking app.
