How many months do you people need to verify an account It’s over 2 months now and no update. It says 3 to 4 weeks so why is it over 2 months now. Like it’s very annoying

I have been trying for a whole week to withdraw some amount from my ic wealth account but it says “Your account is currently undergoing an internal approval process. You can request a withdrawal once we are done” so please do something about it thank you.
