This app is incredibly frustrating to use. There is no feedback or help section to report serious issues like rotten or spoiled food, which is unacceptable for a food service app. The service is just as disappointing. Employees often appear to be on their phones while customers are left waiting 15–30 minutes for coffee or food. On one occasion, I placed an order and was given a 30-minute pickup time. Even after those 30 minutes had passed, my order hadn’t even been started. An app that serves food should prioritize food safety, customer service, and basic communication. Instead, this app offers no way to report problems and provides a consistently poor customer experience. I wouldn’t recommend it until these issues are addressed.

Writing here in the review because there’s no easy way to request this on company website. The receipt on the takeout box displays in the open my phone number and email address which is personal information should not be displayed. Can you make these changes in the printout please?
