Cool idea. Overall, cool product poorly executed. Onboarding the user to the product choppy and overall not as pleasant experience. But the kicker of it all is my $300 toothbrush lasted all of 5 brushes and is NOT waterproof. Support doesn’t really help me just keep kind of running me around. I work in technology and product dealing with software that talks to hardware or IOT devices, I do not see how I fix it without sending it back to Feno.

This app is terrible. Super inaccurate. Went to the dentist three weeks after using and had none of the issues the app claimed. Creates a false sense of insecurity.
