While I did receive automated emails and an initial response asking for more information, the refund process has been slow and frustrating. The platform may have useful features, but my experience with the billing presentation and customer support response time has been disappointing. I hope the company improves transparency around annual billing charges and provides faster support for billing issues. One suggestion: if you think there’s still a reasonable chance they may approve your refund, you might want to wait until they make a final decision before posting the review.
