I’m a working mom of 3 in my mid 30’s and have never been an athletic person or a person that has really stuck to any “heath” plan. The mind and body transformation program completely changed the way I thought of food and the way I was treating both my mind and my body. It wasn’t until I started changing the way that I thought and treated myself that I really was able to see the results.
