The QAYA app is a personal health assistant that supports healthy habit formation in the regeneration, movement and nutrition triangle. The three areas can be planned and monitored separately, and as a connected system.

Although the heart of QAYA is the mobile application, our vision is an environment where technology and professional knowledge meet.

Interactive knowledge base: We bring the world of regeneration, movement and conscious nutrition closer to you with short, professionally authentic videos (Reels, Shorts) and podcasts. Community education: Through our social media platforms, we build a community whose members do not view health as a task, but as a natural need. Expert support: We consider it most important to ensure high professional quality, which is why we create our content and algorithms with the involvement of experts.

Continuous expansion: Our plans include expanding the ecosystem with further integration (Samsung Health), recipes, exercise plans tailored to personal parameters and personal goals, so that the user receives comprehensive support to make it easier to form good habits.

Regeneration We can record and evaluate, or view our synchronized sleep (e.g. Apple Health) via device connection on the QAYA regeneration interface.

  • Content. We bring you closer to understanding the factors that influence our regeneration with podcasts and a blog.
  • Feedback. Messages responding to your eating, exercise and regeneration accompany you throughout the day. These praise you when you do well and help you refine when necessary - so that you get closer to a restful sleep at night.
  • Evaluation of your sleep. You can add positive, negative and neutral tags to your sleep and mark how rested you feel.

Exercise We can create and save workouts that match our personal goals. With our workout data automatically synchronized from different devices, we can more easily understand the impact of our energy consumption on nutrition and regeneration.

  • Analytics. All essential exercise data in one place.

  • Planning. Are you walking? Rowing? Kickboxing? Whatever sport you do, you can plan it with a few clicks.

  • Synchronization. With Apple Health, Polar, Garmin and Strava connections, any of your workouts can be synchronized to the QAYA system.

Meals We can plan meals in several ways (barcode scan, photo food recognition, manual planning). QAYA also provides more information about meals: macronutrient distribution, weight, calories, allergens. Our meal plans can be easily converted into a shopping list.

  • Analytics. An interface that summarizes your previous meals in a simple way. You can see how much your meals deviated from your weight goal and personal daily needs.
  • Shopping list. Convenient, quickly accessible, well-organized: adapted to everyday needs.
  • Planning. You can plan your meals traditionally, using a barcode or photo, simply and quickly.
