Their phones direct you to download the app for faster service and discounts. But when you download the app, it crashes constantly. There are dead-ends where it directs you to the website and the webpage may not be available. My advice is for the restaurant to delete this app and just go web based ordering. This is a poor user experience and almost lost my business today by going elsewhere.

I love Greeks. They’ve been consistently solid for years and years; great service, great people, great product (especially in the Village). They never ever EVER disappoint. But this app……! No. It’s way easier, faster and friendlier to call. I literally think that if you haven’t tried Greeks yet, you shouldn’t download this app as it will give you a COMPLETELY FALSE impression of an otherwise fantastic Midwest pizza place. Call the store. Take a pass on the app. Enjoy a great pizza!
