2026-02-15	Br*****	Horrible app! It rejected my parking pass twice! I had to pay fees both times! Not an easy application to use. Would uninstall and never use again if it was not required by my apartment place. SMH companies like this are ruining society

2026-01-12	jd*****	App was already impossible to navigate, then a glitch caused all of the text in the app to only display placeholder variable names. Have gotten several tickets just because I update my active vehicle one place in the app, and it is then listed as my active vehicle, but old plate numbers are still listed on my parking pass elsewhere in the app. Wish me getting parking tickets for the place I live wasn’t contingent on an app that can’t even display text properly!!
App was already impossible to navigate, then a glitch caused all of the text in the app to only display placeholder variable names. 2025-11-06	km*****	We pay our apartment/5280 160$ a month for reserved parking, but when someone parks in our spot, we have no directly line to a towing company. You have to leave a voicemail or text, and it takes ages for a response. The car will not get removed in a timely manner and you’ll be stuck trying to find somewhere else for the night.
