regarding my recent order placed on 23rd March, which has still not been delivered as of today, 1st April — a delay of over 9 days. When I contacted your customer support helpline to follow up on the delay, the experience was deeply disappointing: • The representative was unable to provide any specific information about my order or the reason for the delay. • Her only response was that she would “raise a ticket” — with no timeline, resolution, or accountability offered. • When I requested to speak with a supervisor or manager, I was flatly told that this was not possible. • She continued to repeat that my order is “out for delivery” — information I have been aware of for the past 3 days, which does not constitute a resolution. This level of support is completely unacceptable. If your customer service team cannot answer basic queries, escalate calls, or resolve issues, it raises serious questions about the purpose of having a helpline at all.

The only medication that’s effective is Min + Fin that’s available over counter for fraction of the price. Total scam.

They cannot call international number also cannot call on whatsapp. Only there to sell product over WhatsApp.
