Hello NICE DIGI Support Team, I’m having an issue connecting to my NICE DIGI lock through the iOS app. I ran the network diagnostics several times, both on Wi-Fi and while testing another network state. The results consistently show: • API Domain: DNS analysis failed • MQTT Domain: DNS analysis failed • Apple Domain: DNS resolution successful • Internet connectivity is otherwise working • In one test, the app reported the network as “Unconnected” even though the phone was still able to resolve and ping Apple successfully over IPv6 Device/App details: • App: NICE DIGI • App version: 1.0.5 • Device: iPhone 16 Pro • iOS version: 26.6.1 • VPN: Off Since normal internet connectivity appears to be working, could you please check whether there is an issue with the NICE DIGI API/MQTT servers, DNS configuration, or the current iOS app version? I have the full diagnostic logs available and can send them if needed. I have not factory-reset the lock yet because I wanted to check with your technical team first.

Every time I have not used my app for a while, which why would I use the app because I just use my code, it deletes my profile, and I have to reset all of the door locks and reprogram everybody in again. This last time I was only out of it for 30 days.
